Creating Your Vision Board.

Mindful + Merry Sessions

Take this time to reflect and connect with what truly matters to you. Set your intentions, visualize your success, and create a board that inspires you to turn your dreams into reality.

Instructions:

1. Prepare your board /// Feel free to cover your board in a paint color! Have fun with it. But a nice wood grain will do as well. If using paint, take it easy. A little paint goes a long way.

2. Envision /// Now is the fun part, start looking through the magazine for photos, words, anything that lines up with your vision. There's no right or wrong way to do this!

3. Start gluing /// With your brush use the Mod Podge to stick each cut magazine piece to the board. Try to be conservative with the glue, this will keep your magazine pieces from warping.

4. Use glue or tape /// to attach your top board to your background.

5. Add some sparkle /// to you board by covering your whole board with glossy Mod Podge. Your board should dry in 5-10 minutes.

6. Remember to breathe /// Place your Vision Board in a place you can admire
